Description
Abstract/Contents
- Summary
- This book is a sixteenth-century paper transcript of Peter Abelard (1079-1142), Sic et non, copied from a manuscript in Cambridge University Library. The work discusses a series of apparently contradictory statements from the Bible and the Church Fathers. The text is written in a clear hand and there is a note from the work of Johannes Trithemius OSB (1462-1516) on one of the flyleaves.
